When making payments, it is best to schedule your payments 5 to 7 business days before they are due. For initial Payments, please schedule 10 business days before they are due If you receive an error upon log in, please contact member services. It is easy to view payment history and print out any search results or records by clicking on the "payment history" tab when signed in to the bill payment site.  It is very important to view your billing statements to make sure that the payment has been credited properly.  If the payments are made by check, a copy of the cancelled check is available to view and print. Confidentiality All account information is treated confidentially according to the Terms and Conditions Agreement. Restrictions You may schedule a bill payment to be processed on the same day that you scheduled the payment if we receive instructions before 5:00 am Eastern Time, USA, on a business day. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays Payments scheduled for Saturday and Sunday or any recognized national holiday will be processed on the next business day.
