Fixed Rate Second Mortgages: Qualified applicants can borrow up to 90% of the home's value. Borrow from $10,000 - $250,000. No application fee, closing costs or prepayment penalties. Fixed rate and terms up to 15 years.

Home Equity Loans Turn the equity in your home into cash -  for the things you need today.  Use the equity in your home for education, home improvements, new appliances, vacation and bill consolidation. We currently finance owner-occupied or second homes in Connecticut only.  Your interest may be tax deductible, consult your tax advisor.

Home Equity Line of Credit: Establish a line of credit for up  to 80% of the equity in your home. Lines of $10,000 to $150,000. Access the funds for 9 years, and draw on your line of credit as you need it.  You pay interest only on the outstanding balance for the first 9 years of the loan. No application fee, annual fee, closing costs or prepayment penalties. Variable rate, as low as Prime* minus .75%. 2% annual 6% lifetime caps.  4% floor. *Prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal in the last business day of the previous month.

Auto Loans We offer New and Used Auto Loans. Up to 100% financing for new and used car  purchases including tax, registration and warranty for up to five years. Rate discounts apply for 10% and 20% downpayments. NADA auto pricing is used to establish the value of a used vehicle. Terms up 72 months on new autos. Terms up to 60 months on used autos based on age and value.

Boat & Motorcycle Loans: We offer new and used boat and motorcycle loans. The same terms apply to new auto loans, the rate is 1% higher than new auto loans.
